HOW CAN WE HELP?
Can I trust my cleaning professional?
All of our cleaning technicians are interviewed, insured, and pass a nationwide detailed background check. We do not hire anyone unless they are trustworthy, have references, and have a clean record.
How do I book my first appointment?

Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.
What services do we NOT do?
For our own health, safety, and liability concerns, we do not clean/perform the following: blinds that are prone to breaking (ex. white, flimsy blinds), hoarder homes, biohazards (feces, urine, vomit, blood, drug paraphernalia, etc), infestations (bugs, pests, etc), climb/use second story ladders, etc.
Is Healthy Home Cleaning Co. a franchise?
No, we are not a franchise. Healthy Home Cleaning Co. is a Connecticut small business, founded by siblings, born and raised in Connecticut. We’re a (big) Connecticut family looking to provide our services to other Connecticut families. We’re as LOCAL as it gets.
What is your 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy?
If you’re not happy with your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours of your clean! We will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window) at no additional charge to you. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Is my billing information kept safe and secure?
We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very seriously.
What is your reschedule policy?
Life happens and that’s okay! In the event that something comes up, we just ask that you respond to our reminders and let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Anything canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, which goes right to our cleaners for the loss of work that day.
